ininal Took Money From My Bank Account but Didn’t Add It to My Balance

On March 14, Friday, I transferred money to my Ininal account, and while the amount was deducted from my bank account, it never showed up in my Ininal balance. I initially held off, assuming it would be automatically credited back to my bank account, but that never occurred either. I contacted support hoping for a swift solution, but I'm still waiting for my money and a clear explanation. This situation is really frustrating. I transferred the money for a specific purpose, and now I can't access it at all. It’s truly disappointing when a financial service provider cannot handle transactions correctly, leaving customers in the dark without any updates.
