Hello. I used the product in 2021 for my first baby. I started using it again 4 months ago. However, the lower crossbar profile broke. I don't think this is a user-related problem. According to my research on Xolvie and other sites, the product's lower crossbar profile tends to break frequently. Like other users who experienced the same issue, I believe this is a chronic problem.
Unfortunately, I don't have the invoice for the product, and from what I've read, it is not covered under warranty. I learned that Eser Puset repairs the product. I took the product to Eser Puset. However, they asked for a very high repair fee of ₺6,500. I decided not to proceed with the repair and took the product back. It can't be a usage error if the product breaks at the same spot despite the high price we paid. And the high repair cost is quite frustrating. I urgently request that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
