Inglesina Trilogy Stroller Frame Breaking Issue

I bought the Inglesina Trilogy stroller in 2018 and used it for about two years. When I started using it again in 2021 for my second child, one of the cross profiles on the lower part broke within six months. While researching where to get it repaired, I found out that it was no longer under warranty.

It's unbelievable that this stroller, which was purchased for a high price, became unusable in such a short time. While looking for a repair place, I borrowed the lower mechanism from a friend who bought the same stroller around the same time, and started using it. I didn't have the opportunity to research further to get the old one repaired. About a month ago, the borrowed stroller broke at the same spot. The stroller has two connecting rods, and the one that breaks is always the slanted lower rod. I believe this is definitely not a user-related issue. I currently have two Inglesina Trilogy strollers produced around the same period, both broken at the same spot.

The Turkish distributor needs to report this to Italy. From our research on Xolvie and other websites, we found that many users have written about this being a chronic problem. We urgently request that our grievance be resolved.
