All 5 of My Ingenico Devices Gave Alert Error, Struggling to Make High Payments

As a restaurant operator, I am facing a major issue with my Ingenico devices. Within just seven days, all five of my devices have given the same error. I understand that four of them are likely due to the high usage in my package service, but the fifth device, which I only use to accept payments at my workplace, gave the same error despite no liquid contact or impact. This is a huge blow, especially during these challenging times when maintaining a good commercial reputation is vital. I have tried reaching out to customer service multiple times in the past three days to explain the urgency of the situation, but to no avail. Worse, the cost of fixing these devices is astronomical. The alert error payment for the first device (registration number JHWE20022774) was 1,350 TL, which I have already paid, but now the payment for my second device (serial number JH20046890) is 2,209 TL and I haven't even made that payment yet. And this is for brand new devices that aren't even that expensive to begin with. If I have to pay 559 TL for just two devices, the total cost for fixing all three of my other defective devices will reach 15,000 TL, which is simply a shame and a sin. It's like I'm paying through the nose every time a device needs repairing, as it seems to happen almost every two months. This constant repair fee is taking a huge toll on my business and causing significant losses. It's a pity.
