
The system simply isn't working when I try to get a fresh PIN for my mobile internet banking. I have tried several times to reach customer service, but I can not seem to get through to anyone who could really assist. Rather than addressing my concern, I find myself asked a lot of pointless questions that won't help to fix it. Lack of appropriate help and communication has made me feel ignored and stuck. I have even tried using automated teller machines, but there has not luck there either. I'm not asking for much—just a functional system with some little customer service. Though I'm waiting for a fix, it seems as though I'm talking to a wall.
