Internet Banking and Password Retrieval Problem

I have tried multiple times through both SMS and customer service to obtain the PIN for my Garanti Bank debit card and to log into internet banking. During the SMS password retrieval process, even though I entered the requested information correctly and sent only one message, the system responded that I had made two incorrect attempts. When I contacted customer service, no solution was offered and no help was provided. I have been experiencing similar problems with internet banking access for years. Despite seeking solutions by contacting customer service and visiting branches multiple times, my issue has never been resolved. I have always used my own device and phone number for password retrieval and internet banking access. Since my workplace uses Garanti Bank, I am forced to go to the branch just to withdraw my salary or obtain a card PIN, which results in a cut from my daily wages. This causes both financial and time loss. I request that Garanti Bank promptly provide me with my card PIN and restore my internet banking access. Furthermore, if this issue is not resolved, I will terminate all relations with the bank, make no investments, and stop using their services. If the problem persists, I may even be forced to quit my job. I should not have to waste my time and wages going to the branch just to withdraw my salary, pay bills, or make investments.
