ING Bank EFT Transfer Delayed, Recipient Has Not Received Funds
Today, 07.07.2026, around 12:00 noon, I made an EFT transfer of ₺85,000 via the ING Bank mobile application, but the money has still not reached the recipient’s account. Since it was a high amount and time-sensitive, this delay has put me in a difficult situation. After noticing that the transfer had not gone through, I called ING Bank customer service and was informed that the transaction was under review, but despite this, the money has still not been transferred to the other party’s account. I have not received any clear information about the reason for the delay or when it will be completed. I request that this EFT transaction be completed and the money transferred to the recipient’s account immediately, and that I be informed clearly and in writing about the status of the transaction.
