Infinix Note 30 Camera Misrepresentation and Vibration Motor Issues

I purchased an Infinix Note 30 smartphone, and I'm experiencing several issues that are causing me significant concern:
Camera Misrepresentation: The phone was advertised as having three cameras, but this information is incorrect. Only one camera is functional, while the other two lenses are empty.
Vibration Motor Malfunction: Despite owning the phone for only seven months, the vibration motor is already malfunctioning. While it activates, it fails to produce any vibration. I'm surprised that a phone marketed as high-end would have such a basic problem.
File Access Issues: I'm unable to access all the files on my phone, which is limiting its functionality.
These problems, especially the camera misrepresentation, are particularly disappointing given the phone's promotional claims. If these issues aren't resolved promptly, I urge potential buyers to consider this experience before purchasing an Infinix Note 30.
I'm seeking a resolution to these problems and hope that Infinix will address these concerns seriously. The discrepancy between advertised features and actual performance is unacceptable for a consumer product.

Hello, it has been almost 1 month since I wrote about my issue. 2.7 thousand people have seen my problem, but there is still no response from an official. I guess you are completely responsible after the purchase. It seems that customer value is zero.

Despite 3.5k views, there is still no response from the relevant company. I do not recommend buying it, friends.

The third month of the complaint, 4 thousand views, still no response from the company, don't buy it, sir.

"5.4 billion views, the company still hasn't responded."
