I Face Freezing, Lagging And Camera Issues On Honor Magic 7 Lite 512

I purchased the Honor Magic 7 Lite 512 smartphone from Hepsiburada, and since the very first day I started using it, I have been dealing with multiple issues. The device frequently suffers from freezing, lagging, and camera malfunctions. While these problems do not occur 100% of the time, they happen often enough to disrupt my daily usage and make the phone unreliable.

In order to solve the situation, I contacted Honor’s phone support line. Together, we applied every suggested setting and adjustment step-by-step. Unfortunately, despite all efforts, the problems remain and the device continues to show the same malfunctions. My phone is still under warranty, yet no effective solution has been offered so far. Given that I have faced these recurring technical issues from the very beginning, I request an official replacement of my device under warranty. I expect Honor to provide a clear, permanent resolution and restore my confidence in their products.
