Infinix Note 12 OTG Malfunction after Latest Update

My Infinix Note 12 has not been able to recognize OTG devices ever since the most recent software update. The flash drive that I use frequently does not work properly on my phone, but it does work properly on other phones. Even after testing the OTG cable on a variety of devices, I was able to confirm that it functions faultlessly for all other users. The conclusion I've come to is that the problem must be with my phone. Before the most recent update, I had never experienced a problem of this nature. I demand that this problem be solved as quickly as possible. The most recent update has not only made things worse for me, but it has also failed to provide any benefits.
