Infinix GT 20 Pro Rear Camera Error

I'm experiencing an error when switching to the rear camera on my Infinix GT 20 Pro. I've restarted the device multiple times, but the issue persists. The problem appeared out of nowhere and seems to be software-related rather than a hardware issue, as the image appears black and white and low-quality when I try using a different camera app. This issue is affecting my ability to take clear photos, which is one of the main reasons I chose this phone. I also made sure the system is up to date, but the problem still hasn’t gone away. I don’t understand what’s causing this and I need support to resolve it.
