I own an Infinix GT 20 Pro smartphone, and for the past two days I have been facing a frustrating issue while playing PUBG Mobile. When I first launch the game, the device’s processor temperature indicator lights turn on as expected, but they shut off again shortly after. In the past, these lights would remain on continuously for the entire gaming session, but now they only stay lit for a brief moment before going dark.
I have already tried several basic troubleshooting steps such as restarting the device, but the problem persists regardless of location (at home or outside) or connection type (Wi-Fi or mobile data). This makes it clear that the issue is not network-related. Since my phone is not under warranty, I have not yet contacted a service center.
I am unsure whether the lights turning off is linked to overheating or some other technical malfunction, but this change in behavior has disrupted my gaming experience.
I am requesting technical support from Infinix to clarify why the indicator lights are shutting off unexpectedly and to provide a solution. I would like to know whether this is a software issue, a hardware fault, or a device overheating protection feature, and how it can be fixed so that I can continue using the phone properly while gaming.
