The rear camera on my Infinix GT 20 Pro phone has not been working for approximately one year. I have never dropped the phone, it has not been exposed to any impact, and I have always used it with a protective case and full protection. Despite this, the rear camera has become completely unusable, which has caused me serious inconvenience.
I constantly receive errors in the phone’s default camera app and cannot access the rear camera at all. The flash also does not work properly—it either does not turn on or produces a very weak and ineffective light. When I try using a third-party camera app, the image appears in black and white, which makes me believe this is a software-related issue rather than a hardware problem.
For nearly a year, I have been forced to use a phone without a working camera, and whenever I need to take photos, I have to rely on other people’s phones. Since I do not have the financial means to buy a new phone, resolving this issue is extremely important to me. Even though my phone is physically in good condition, this apparent software-based camera problem prevents me from using the device properly.
I am requesting that Infinix release a comprehensive software update to permanently fix the rear camera and flash issues affecting the GT 20 Pro model. I ask that my situation be addressed so I can use my device with fully functional camera features again.
