Unauthorized Masteredu AI AutoPay Charge Needs a Refund

On 3 August 2026, an amount of 599 rupees was debited from my Indian Bank account through autopay for Masteredu AI without my clear consent or intention to pay this amount. I had previously tried to cancel or avoid such automatic payments, yet the autopay was still executed and this sum was taken from my account. I am attaching the bank message screenshot that clearly shows the 599 rupees debit for Masteredu AI on 3 August. I request that this transaction be checked urgently, the 599 rupees be fully refunded to my Indian Bank account, and any Masteredu AI autopay or recurring payment linked to my account be completely cancelled so that no further charges are made without my explicit permission.
