India Post Payments Bank Withdrawal Still Processing and Funds Not Received

I am using the India Post Payments Bank services through the mobile application. On 16/09/2026 I requested a withdrawal of 29,208 INR to my bank card via the app. In the withdrawal history screen this transaction still appears with the status “Processing” and the order/reference number WD20260916004704571048893c, and the money has not been credited to my account. Although some time has passed since I placed this request, the status has not changed and I have not received clear information about when my funds will be released. This amount is important for me and the delay is causing me serious inconvenience. I kindly request that my withdrawal of 29,208 INR dated 16/09/2026 with reference WD20260916004704571048893c be urgently processed and the funds credited to my account as soon as possible, or that I am provided with a clear written explanation for the delay.
