Indian Bank Online Banking Blocks Transfers Due to Limit Error

I am facing a serious issue with the Indian Bank online banking website while trying to make a transfer payment. For the last 2 days, whenever I attempt to complete a transfer, the transaction is declined with the message that the configured limits do not allow the transaction to be completed, and that I should contact customer support. It also shows that the payment methods are temporarily unavailable. I contacted Indian Bank customer support regarding this problem, but instead of resolving the issue on their side, they asked me to talk to the gaming app customer care. My problem, however, is clearly related to the bank’s website limits and payment availability, not the gaming app itself. I request that the Indian Bank to urgently check and fix the limit or technical issue on my account and on the online banking website and allow my transaction to go through without any further errors. I also expect a clear explanation of why this problem occurred and a proper confirmation once the issue is fully resolved.
