Indeed Fake Job Posting Sent Inappropriate WhatsApp Message

I applied for a “Reception Hostess” job for fairs on the Indeed platform. I was asked to send the word “hostess” to a number they provided. When I wrote on WhatsApp for registration, I received an inappropriate message. When I asked about it, there was no reply, and shortly after, I was blocked on Indeed as well.

Are employers really allowed to post ads like this on Indeed without any safeguards? There seems to be no preventive measures and no phone number to report this situation.
