Medicall Contact Job Complaint After Indeed Application

I applied for a call center position with Medicall Contact through the Indeed website. I received a phone call with detailed information, and I was told that they work on a commission basis. They invited me to join WhatsApp groups where I could see the details, and I accepted.

I did not share any personal or sensitive information other than my name and résumé details. However, I want to state clearly that if any bank account, loan, subscription, company registration, or illegal activity is opened under my name, it is not my responsibility. Any such action carried out without my consent and without my wet signature is invalid.

I was told I would be accepted for the job after attending training sessions via Zoom. Still, I formally declare that I accept no legal liability for any actions made in my name. All responsibility lies with Medicall Contact.

Through this complaint, I officially notify the relevant authorities and request that appropriate action be taken. Date: 02.01.2024
