I simply asked about the company’s shuttle route, but the reply I received was “You ask” — and then I was blocked. This kind of communication and attitude is completely unacceptable. It is very wrong to authorize people with such behavior to handle recruitment and candidate communication.
No one should remain silent in the face of such disrespect. Every employee should know their limits when communicating with others. In today’s world, professionalism and proper communication are key parts of the hiring process. Having people like this manage job postings and candidate communication on a platform like Indeed damages the site’s credibility and overall quality.
