iMile Logistics Shipment Stuck in Customs — No Updates or Refund After 20 Days

My order shipped with iMile Logistics was marked as arrived in Istanbul and cleared through customs on June 25, but since then, I haven’t been able to get any updates or information. I’ve heard that if a package stays in customs for more than 20 days without being released, it is returned to the sender, and the payment is not refunded.
There are no contact numbers or customer service channels available, and I’ve received no response from the company despite multiple attempts to reach out. I deeply regret making this purchase and am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency from iMile Logistics.
