I Can’t Track My Imile Shipment or Reach Support While Package Is Stuck at Customs

The tracking has been stuck for days, saying “waiting for customs clearance,” but I have no way to find out what’s actually going on.
I’ve tried everything—there’s no working phone number, no verified social media accounts, and no live customer service. I don’t know if the package needs additional paperwork or if things are just moving slowly. Other shipments cleared customs during the same period without issue, but the ones handled by Imile always cause problems.
What’s even more suspicious is that the company’s registered address leads to a business center notorious for virtual office rentals, which doesn’t boost my confidence at all. I feel like I’ve been left in the dark, and my urgent package is caught in limbo. Imile, if you’re operating in this sector, at the very least provide a way for your customers to reach you.
