I have tried to get hold of Imile but have not been able to reach anyone for clear information or assistance about where my parcel is and when it will be delivered. This lack of communication is very frustrating, especially because I have already paid a total of R1 106 in customs or shipping-related costs for this delivery. I request that Imile urgently locate my parcel and ensure immediate delivery before Christmas, as this timing is very important to me. If the parcel cannot be delivered before Christmas, I expect a full refund of the R1 106 I have already paid, and a clear and honest status update about the current location of my shipment and the exact estimated delivery date.
