iMile Tracking Fails, My Parcel Days Late
Back on February 5th, I ordered 5 clothing items from Shein and chose the free shipping option with iMile as the courier. I had no idea, I made a serious error. It's been a few days, and my package still hasn't arrived. The tracking code isn't showing any new information. I've been trying to reach customer service, but all I get are automated messages guaranteeing me a quick delivery. Shein is avoiding blame, saying they delivered the package on schedule. iMile's lack of reliability is shocking, causing frustration and leaving me without my order. It's about time to file a formal complaint against one of the lousiest delivery services around.
