I placed an order for clothes to be delivered to Kraaifontein, Cape Town, with delivery expected on the 15th and again today. Instead of receiving my parcel, I got a message from Imile saying the driver could not find me, even though I was available and waiting for the delivery. This situation has left me very disappointed. I request that my parcel be delivered to my address as soon as possible and that a proper investigation be conducted into the driver’s behaviour and the false claim that I was not found.
