iMile Complaint About Being Marked Delivered But Wasn't Delivered To Me
I placed an order for a dress from Kylie and Marli on 11 January, to be delivered to my address in Geelong, Victoria, Australia. The tracking now shows the parcel as delivered, but I have not received the dress. When I contacted Kylie and Marli about the issue, I was told to get in touch with the delivery company. I am currently trying to contact the delivery company, however I believe the seller also has a responsibility to support me in resolving a non-delivery case, especially when the order is marked as delivered but has not reached me. I request that Kylie and Marli urgently investigate this non-delivery with the courier, confirm where the parcel was actually delivered, and ensure that I either receive my dress or that an appropriate solution is provided.
