I Want A Full Refund For Delayed iMile Delivery Without Proper Updates

I placed an order for a watch from 6th Street, to be delivered by iMile to Dubai, Cinemacity Fountainview, with a promised delivery date of 3rd of December. As of today, the parcel has still not been delivered, and this delay and the way the delivery attempts have been handled have caused me a very bad experience. For several days, the waybill status has repeatedly shown “out for delivery,” but then it is changed to “reschedule delivery” as if I am the one postponing it, even though I have been waiting and available. I am also unable to contact the courier on the number provided, so I cannot coordinate or get any clear information about my parcel. This misleading tracking information and the lack of a reachable courier have made the situation extremely frustrating. I have already contacted both iMile and 6th Street customer service about the delay and these issues, but so far I have not received any effective response or action from either side. My order is still not delivered and I am left without a solution. Given the delay, the misleading status updates, and the absence of any support, I kindly request that my order be cancelled and that I receive a full refund as soon as possible. I expect this issue to be handled urgently and for the refund to be processed without any further delay.
