My child was denied entry to the Smaland play area at the IKEA Ankara Mamak branch on February 25, 2024, around 7:01 PM. Even though my child is 6 years old, they were not allowed in because the employees refused, which was very upsetting. Initially, I was not satisfied with this procedure.
