IKEA Denied Exchange for Faulty Hemnes Divan

I bought a Hemnes divan a year ago that turned out to be defective. I submitted an exchange request through the app, including photos of the problems, and the request was approved. They told me Horoz Logistics would pick it up in 5 days. I waited for their call, but they finally called on August 4th, a Friday, and asked if they could pick it up over the weekend. I explained that I wouldn't be home and that the item wouldn't be ready until Monday or Tuesday, so we settled on Monday or Tuesday. However, no pickup occurred, and when I called, they informed me that they couldn't proceed without a return code. I obtained the code from IKEA, but Horoz Logistics refused to accept it, leaving me stranded. Despite numerous calls to IKEA, the problem has not been resolved. Furthermore, contrary to IKEA's confirmation, Horoz Logistics claimed the item was not ready on the agreed-upon date. The game of chicken continues, and my right to exchange remains unfulfilled due to a lack of transportation.
