IKEA Refused to Replace My Damaged Stall Shoe Rack Claiming User Error




On 05/12/2024, I purchased a Stall Brand 4-cover shoe rack from IKEA Izmir store with an invoice amount of ₺3,299.00. However, when I got home, I noticed that the corners of all 3 of the covers were swollen and deformed. When I took the product to the store on 07/12/2024 and wanted to exchange it, they told me that they could not exchange it because they did not have stock and that I had to register online for a solution. However, in terms of stock supply or customer satisfaction, I stated that the supply or replacement of the product should be provided by the store, but unfortunately, I could not find a solution. They rejected the change request I opened online on 14/12/2024, stating that it was a user error. Unfortunately, this is the first time I have had such regrets from IKEA, which I have shopped with many times before.
