IKEA Jokkmokk Dining Set's Defective Part Breaks Easily

Hello. On 22-10-2023, I purchased a Jokkmokk dining table with 4 chairs from the IKEA Antalya store, as shown in the attached invoice. On 02-04-2024, while a person of average weight was sitting down to eat, weighing about 50 kg, the part shown in the picture broke on its own. There is nothing wrong with the rest of the chair. There's also a video attached for reference. The next day, I contacted IKEA customer service. They instructed me to take the part to the Antalya store for examination. Today, I took the part, and within 3 minutes (somehow they made a quick decision), they claimed it was a user error and offered to sell me a replacement part for ₺1,500. As someone who has furnished almost my entire home with IKEA products (as can be seen in the attached pictures), I paid ₺7,199 for 1 table and 4 chairs. However, I am being asked to pay ₺1,500 for a tiny broken part (which doesn't even make up 1/200th of the set) that I believe is not due to user error. All my legal rights are reserved. If my issue is not resolved, I will take legal action.
The company still hasn't even responded.
