IKEA's Never-Ending Delivery Fiasco

When I found out that the new bed I ordered from IKEA had been sent to the wrong address, my excitement quickly turned to anger. Even though the right address has been given more than once in the first week, the bed is still nowhere to be found. I needed it for my summer vacation, but it hasn't shown up yet, even though summer is over. I have been calling every day, but no one in charge has bothered to call me back. People who answer the phone don't have the power to help, and those who do have that power haven't bothered to get in touch. I've never seen a company care so little about its customers.
