Still Waiting for IKEA to Send Missing Malm Bed Hardware

On September 28, 2025, I purchased a Malm 140x200 bed frame from IKEA Ankara (Invoice No: 5192**********95). After the product was delivered, I realized that several assembly parts, including screws and fittings, were missing. Since October 3, 2025, I have contacted customer service five to six times. Each time, I was told that the missing parts had been shipped, and last week I was even informed that they would arrive soon. However, despite being in the same city, it has been five days and the parts still have not arrived, nor have I received any tracking information.

I previously experienced a similar issue with a Pax wardrobe I purchased from IKEA — its defective parts were never delivered, even two years later. I do not want to go through the same frustration again.

I request that the missing assembly parts for my Malm bed be delivered as soon as possible and that my inconvenience be properly resolved.
