IKEA Delivered My Billy Brimnes TV Unit with Multiple Damaged Parts
Two weeks ago, I ordered a BILLY/Brimnes TV unit (white, 340x41x202 cm) from IKEA’s online store (Order No: 5119*********46). Upon delivery, I discovered a total of 4–5 factory-defective and damaged parts. I documented the issue with photos and videos and submitted a complaint. However, after about nine days, I was informed that only one part would be replaced, while the other damaged parts would not be changed. I contacted customer service both by phone and email, but my issue remains unresolved. Since the return/exchange period has not yet expired, I request that all damaged parts be replaced. I ask for my grievance to be resolved and the product to be delivered to me in complete and flawless condition.
