IKEA - BAYRAMPASA BRANCH - ASSEMBLY PROBLEMS

Due to missing parts in the Besta TV unit we purchased from IKEA's Bayrampaşa branch in February, we chased after the missing parts for months. Eventually, we went to Bayrampaşa and bought them one by one. Following up online, we completed our order as we found the missing parts. The first team that came to assemble the parts called us when the missing parts arrived. They mentioned that assembly would occur after purchasing the last part. We requested assembly in the last order and paid for re-assembly, in addition to the assembly fee from the first purchase. We were pleased to see the unit installed and finished today. However, the teams that came today only installed 3 hinges and told us to call IKEA customer services. We reached out to IKEA again, attempting to contact them by phone for minutes. Three months have passed and there's still no resolution or responsibility taken. Mapa Furniture - IKEA's quality seems to be declining day by day, which is affecting us. I demand that the installation of my TV unit be completed as soon as possible; this irresponsibility has become really unpleasant.
