I Was Humiliated by IKEA Staff for Using a Glass for Unlimited Coffee

Your franchised store in Izmir Turkiye has using your trademark and humiliating real IKEA customers. I would kindly suggest you cancel your franchise to keep your trade name. I have visited many IKEA stores all arround the world but this was the an unbelievable experience for me. After a tour in the store I have sat in the restaurant to have a dinner today. After the dinner felt a bit uncomfortable and wanted to get a some coffey with my glass. A worker called S*** approached me said that it is forbidden to get coffee with the glass. I said that there is no sign and info about it and the price I paid is equal and for limitless drink. I asked to reach restaurant manager due his accusation and humiliating behavior. A manager named B*** D*** came and continued humiliating. And said that forbidden and I am not allowed to drink since it is causing a stock follow up issue. Which is a ridiculous reason since you pay a fixed same price for cup and glass and you get unlimited drink. This is logically impossible and can only be used to humiliate real IKEA customers.
