IKEA shows no respect for Turkish customers. Why switch to new web and mobile applications before they’re ready? Are we just a test bed? The application constantly logs you out, deleting the cart each time. It provides incorrect stock information during orders, forcing you to remove and reattempt after stock reappears an hour later. Even after successfully placing an order, items show as out of stock, tracking details are inaccurate, and the call center claims certain products aren’t available. If you question this, they scold you for digressing, yet the unavailable items still get delivered. Installation details, promised within 48 hours, never arrive, and when you call, they postpone it to the next week. IKEA blames all these issues on a system error and dismisses concerns without accountability. How much longer must we endure this torment and lose more time and money?
