I Bought IKEA MIDDAGSMAT Pan but Food Sticks and Burns

I purchased an IKEA MIDDAGSMAT 24 cm non-stick pan online on November 19 under order number 121911257739936. Although I have never used metal utensils or anything that could damage the coating, the pan began burning food and causing it to stick within a very short time, with the issue becoming noticeable around December 17.

This is not the level of performance I expect from a non-stick product that has been used carefully for less than a month. I contacted IKEA customer service regarding this issue, but unfortunately, the problem was not resolved, and I did not receive a satisfactory response.

I live in Istanbul and would like this situation to be properly evaluated. I am requesting a refund or a replacement with a properly functioning equivalent product. I kindly ask you to review my order and provide a clear and prompt resolution.
