Samsung A56 Bottom Speaker Crackling Issue Ignored By Service Center
On November 3, 2025, I purchased a Samsung A56 for ₺22,900, and just a few hours later I began experiencing a sound issue from the bottom speaker. When the volume was high—whether during video calls or when listening to music on YouTube—the phone produced crackling and rattling noises. Other A56 and A36 devices tested in the same environment had no such problem, making it clear that the issue was specific to my device. I went to the Ebru Elektronik Samsung service center, but the staff there examined the phone superficially, acting like technicians, and told me within minutes that there was no problem, saying, “This is what they do at the service anyway.” When the issue continued, I returned and explained it again to another representative wearing a black t-shirt. Even though he also heard the noise, he dismissed it, saying, “That’s normal, just a transition sound, this speaker isn’t that high-quality anyway.” He tested his own phone, confirmed that his device did not produce such sounds, yet still tried to downplay the issue with mine. They reset my phone and tested it again, and although the noise persisted, they continued refusing to take the device in for proper service, acting as though they were expert technicians and making the process unnecessarily difficult. When a service ticket was finally opened, the staff said things like, “I don’t see a problem, you tell me what to write,” trying to shift responsibility onto me while minimizing the issue. Even when I insisted that a proper technician should examine the device, they resisted for no reason and only accepted it reluctantly. My device is now in service under record number 4290464140. After leaving, I contacted Samsung customer service to explain both the speaker issue and the unprofessional behavior of the Ebru Elektronik staff, but despite being told they would call me back, I haven’t received any meaningful response. The indifference from customer service and the attitude of the employees at this so-called authorized service point have completely shaken my trust in the brand. I now regret purchasing a Samsung device at all.
