Fakir Robert RS 780 Plus Exceeded Repair Time - Refund Request Denied

On May 9, 2024, I purchased the Fakir Robert RS 780 Plus robot vacuum, and due to various malfunctions and dissatisfaction, I delivered it to the authorized service center on October 20, 2025, along with the robot unit, dust-collection unit, original boxes, and invoice. I listed all issues in detail in writing when handing it over. The staff member did not give me any delivery document, saying they had no such paperwork and that I would receive an SMS once the product was entered into their system. When I asked how I would prove I had delivered the product, he repeated that a message would be sent after it was recorded. However, when I later contacted Fakir customer service, I learned that the system showed the delivery date as October 21, 2025—not the same day—and I only found this out 5–6 days later. During this period, I received no SMS or delivery confirmation. Even though 21 business days had passed since I left the product, the service center kept telling me the repair was still ongoing and that I should continue waiting. I stated that the maximum repair period had expired—23 business days had already passed—and that I wished to exercise my legal right under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 to request a refund. Despite this, the service center responded by saying, “You don’t have such a right; this product’s repair can even take 2 months,” openly rejecting my refund request. However, Article 58(3) of Law No. 6502 clearly states that the repair period cannot exceed the maximum limit, and Article 11(4) states that if a product is not repaired within this period, the consumer may exercise their choice of rights. Since the robot vacuum I handed over on October 20, 2025—and which was entered into the system on October 21, 2025—has still not been repaired or returned to me as of November 20, 2025, the maximum repair period has been exceeded. For all these reasons, I am explicitly exercising my legal right to request a refund. I respectfully request that my refund be processed urgently and that my grievance be resolved.
