Undelivered Burger King Order – Refund Request


I ordered a menu worth ₺700 on Thursday around 19:50 and paid with my credit card, thinking everything was set. Right after paying, a Yemeksepeti Wallet pop-up appeared and somehow charged my old default bank card without my permission. Then the Burger King courier delivered the order to the wrong address, and I never received my food. When I contacted Yemeksepeti to explain what happened, they simply told me that there was nothing they could do, even though the payment had already been taken. Because the order was paid in advance, my money was essentially gone. This whole situation left me feeling really let down, and I wish I had never trusted the platform with such a simple order.
