Hyundai Tucson Vehicle Malfunctions And Complaints
I am the owner of a 2025 Hyundai Tucson 1.6 CRDi. Although the vehicle has only 9,500 km, it has now been taken to the service center for the second time due to a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) blockage. The first DPF blockage occurred on 18/12/2025 and the second on 19/02/2026. In both cases, the vehicle entered limp mode, could not exceed 3,000 RPM and left us stranded on the road. This situation is extremely frustrating and unacceptable for a vehicle with such low mileage. Moreover, this is the second Hyundai Tucson I have purchased, as we have always trusted the Hyundai brand, yet we are facing the same serious issue again at only 9,500 km. Repeated DPF problems at this stage significantly damage our confidence in Hyundai. While Mr. B*** from Çoşkun Oto has been supportive and helpful at the dealership/service level, the vehicle still continues to require interventions at the service center and the problem is not being solved permanently. Hyundai customer service has no solution other than directing us to service each time, and we keep experiencing the same error with the same vehicle and remain stranded on the road. Due to these failures, we have had to bear alternative transportation costs, our work is disrupted, and we are exposed to a serious safety risk. Being repeatedly left on the road with a vehicle that suddenly loses power and goes into limp mode could easily lead to an accident, and we no longer feel that we have life safety when using this car. I respectfully request that this issue not be handled with only a temporary regeneration process, but that a full root cause analysis be carried out. I demand that the DPF system, sensors, EGR system, software calibration and all related components be thoroughly inspected and a permanent solution be provided. As this is the second occurrence of the same serious problem, I formally request a detailed written explanation of the root cause, consideration of DPF replacement or vehicle replacement if necessary, an extension of warranty coverage and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, costs, disruption to our work and safety risk caused. A vehicle with such low mileage should not experience repeated DPF failures or leave its owner stranded on the road. I expect an urgent, clear and permanent resolution to this matter and a response in writing.
