Urgent Support Request for Transmission Failure On Brand-New Hyundai Tucson

On August 4, 2025, I purchased a brand-new 2025 Hyundai Tucson 1.6 T-GDI Elite Plus from Ş. Altınsoy Hyundai Plaza, located in Ankara, Turkey. (VIN: TMAJB81B6SJ640762) On the very same day, while driving home, the engine warning light turned on. I immediately returned to the dealership and was informed at the service department that there was a transmission fault. They told me that a related socket had become disconnected and was reattached, and that the issue was resolved. However, the next day, the same fault occurred again, and I had to return the vehicle to the service center. This time, they informed me that they needed assistance from the technical team and that the issue could only be resolved with their support. My vehicle has now been at the service center for four days, and despite several interventions, the issue remains unresolved. No one seems to understand the root cause of the problem, how to identify it, or how long it will take to fix it. I am simply being told to "wait." Since it is likely much easier for you to identify or understand the issue, I am urgently requesting your support in this matter. Please do not leave me alone with this serious problem. Sincerely,
