Hyundai Service Delayed Tuscon Repair and Refused Replacement Car

On February 4, 2023, my 2020 Hyundai Tucson broke down in front of my house and had to be towed to the Kırşehir Hyundai service center. Even though they've had my car for 10 days, they told me that the part had been ordered and would be put in as soon as it came in. I asked for a new car but was told that all of them had already been taken by other customers. Please get my car to me as soon as possible, or give me a replacement car from a store in a different city or Hyundai Assan. I have to travel during the upcoming holiday season, which is making me feel even worse. I'm angry that a big company like yours is making its users' situations harder.
