Hyundai Santa Fe Horn Malfunction Left Me Driving With Safety Risks

On 03.09.2025, the horn of my Hyundai Santa Fe (license plate: 34NBV374), which I bought brand new only four months ago, malfunctioned. I took my car to the authorized Hyundai service center in Bandırma, where I was told that the horn could not be repaired and had to be replaced, but the spare part was not available, would need to be ordered from Korea, and would take about two months. I then called other authorized Hyundai dealers to check the availability of the part, but none of them had a replacement horn in stock. Six days ago, I contacted Hyundai Headquarters (0216 571 63 01) to report my grievance and explained that I have been managing with a bicycle horn and facing traffic accident risks, but I have not received any response to this day. My application number is 0028647. Since my car does not have a working horn, I cannot warn pedestrians or vehicles that suddenly cross in front of me, which creates a serious safety hazard in traffic. My car is still under warranty, and I request that my grievance be resolved promptly and the supply of the spare part be expedited.
