Spare Key For My 2022 1.4 Elite Package Hyundai Bayon Not Delivered

Got a 2022 1.4 Elite Hyundai Bayon, and they skipped handing over the spare key at Çorum Karataş dealer, blaming the chip crisis. Asked for it, nothing happened. Contacted Hyundai Assan, they promised to send it on November 16, 2023, to Ankara Ata Hyundai. It's been 15 days, been calling, but the part hasn't reached the service, despite their given date. Dealing with this for about 3 months, causing a lot of hassle. I'm in touch with Hyundai Assan, they keep saying they got my request, promising a callback, but no info unless I call and wait on hold. surely I've had enough, starting the legal process. Hyundai's a disappointment, won't be buying it again - definitely wouldn't recommend
