Hyundai Sold Me a Faulty 2025 Bayon, Still Has Not Fixed the Issue
At the end of January, I purchased a 2025 model Hyundai Bayon from the Kağıthane Hyundai Elmas dealership. Just one day after I started using the car, I began hearing an unidentified noise from inside the vehicle. I informed the service center, and they asked me to bring the car back for inspection. I returned the vehicle after just one day of use, and for an entire week, I received no updates. When I finally followed up, they told me they had replaced the steering motor of the brand-new car and claimed the issue was resolved. They changed a part of my new car without informing me. When I went to pick it up and did a test drive, the issue was still there. They changed the steering motor for no reason. I returned the car to the service center again, and it has now been there for about a month—they still haven’t found the source of the problem. I told them they sold me a faulty vehicle, but they refuse to accept it. I also contacted Hyundai headquarters, but they haven’t responded either. My new car is racking up mileage from repeated test drives—miles I didn’t even drive myself—and still, there is no solution. Hyundai is not standing behind its brand. They refuse to offer a refund or a replacement. I paid nearly ₺1.5 million, and now I have neither my money nor a usable car.
