Hyundai Delivered My New Bayon With Defective Wipers and Can't Provide a Repair Date
I bought a Hyundai Bayon vehicle in October 2024 as a new one. When I started using the vehicle, I noticed that the vehicle's wipers did not work automatically, when I turned on the wipers, the vehicle's high beams came on, and the headlights did not work like the normal headlight lever or the headlight flasher. I went to the dealer and was told that the control unit was defective due to manufacturing and needed to be replaced. They said that the part for a vehicle manufactured in Turkey was not in Turkey and would come from abroad. The part has not arrived for months, and customer service says that the dealer cannot give a date, the process is ongoing. I was not satisfied with any process, including service, customer service, and vehicle safety tests. I want to have the vehicle repaired, there is no part, I want to return the vehicle, there is no answer. The product I paid for in full arrived defective and no solution can be offered.
