Hyundai Kona Electric 2024 Brake Noise Issue

We purchased a 2024 Hyundai Kona Electric in March, and since then, it has been making a strange "gort" sound whenever braking or releasing the brake. At first, we thought it was temporary and waited, hoping the sound would go away on its own. However, the noise persisted, sometimes happening multiple days in a row. Even after taking the car to the service center, where they cleaned the brake pads, the issue continues. Within days, the same noise returned and now occurs during every drive. I believe there may be a serious issue with this vehicle, and I hope Hyundai will address and resolve this problem promptly.
