My Free Fire Account Was Hacked and Linked to Another ID Without Permission
I am writing regarding a serious issue involving my Garena Free Fire account, which is linked to my Facebook login.
On April 14, I discovered that my Free Fire account had been hacked and connected to another ID without my permission. Since that day, I have no longer been able to properly access or use my original account because it now appears to be linked to someone else’s ID instead of mine.
My in-game Free Fire ID is 1870452506, and this is the account that has been compromised. I never authorized anyone to access, transfer, or bind my account to another profile, and I am extremely concerned about the security of my account and all the time, effort, and progress I invested into the game.
After discovering the issue, I contacted support to report the hacking and unauthorized binding, but unfortunately I have not received any response or assistance so far. Because of the lack of support, I still remain locked out of my own account while another person appears to have access to it.
I kindly request that Garena urgently investigate this matter, recover my hacked Free Fire account, and restore full ownership and access back to me. I also request that the account be immediately unbound from the unauthorized ID to which it was wrongly connected so that my account can be secured properly again.
