Brand-New Hyundai Elantra 2020 Shows Signs of Wear on the Steering Wheel

I purchased a zero-kilometer 2020 Hyundai Elantra, and at just 19,000 km, the steering wheel is fading. Hyundai customer service claims it's out of warranty, blaming external factors. What do you mean by external factors? Weren't they there when you started making this car?? I don't get it. No one would... How can a million-lira car have a fading steering wheel at 19,000 km? Didn't the engineers consider durability? Some cars show no signs at 100,000 or 200,000 km. I demand a replacement.
